The OQSL will enter its 18th season and remain a vibrant recreational Ottawa-based softball league for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals and their allies. We dedicate this league to fostering skill development in a fun, secure, and social environment, welcoming players of all skill levels.

The league Executive Committee and Captains draft new teams each year. To balance teams, we encourage new players to attend the Skills and Drills event in early May for evaluation.

Our league proudly supports the Drag and Balls charity softball tournament. Held at Riverain Park, this tournament allows participants to showcase their finest performances, contributing to the charitable cause of supporting Bruce House.
